Build memories and have a stress-free visit to LEGOLAND® Florida Resort by following these helpful tips to make the most of your trip:

2. Plan Ahead

Pick up a show guide upon entering the Park to stay informed on show times, character meet & greet locations and more! Use the show guide to plan out your day so you don’t miss the perfect character photo opportunity or one of our original must see shows. You can also view the Park map and show times online before your visit and access the mobile website at any time from your phone, keeping the latest information right at your fingertips.

3. Designate A Meeting Spot

Prior to exploring LEGOLAND Florida Resort, make sure you and your family agree on a meeting spot in case anyone gets lost or separated from the group. Grab a Park map and circle the meeting spot so everyone is clear on the location.

4. Strategize

Start at the back of the Park near LEGO® City and work your way forward to avoid the crowds. If you are visiting with older kids, stay to the left side of the park towards Coastersaurus, as the rides on this side are geared towards those who enjoy our pink-knuckle attractions. If you have toddlers, DUPLO® Valley can’t be missed, with rides and attractions designed especially for our younger friends.

5. Know Height Requirements

Be sure to reference the map and become familiar with the height and age requirements for each attraction prior to waiting in line. For your convenience, you can measure your children at the entrance of each attraction before you get in line or near the entrance of the park at guest services. At guest services, we will measure the child and give them a colored wrist band that will correlate with the top of the ride brick to show which rides the child can safely ride.

6. Bring Dry Clothes

If your family plans on embarking on The Quest for CHI, you’ll be glad you brought dry clothes to change into after experiencing this epic adventure! Lockers are located near the Park entrance and can help keep belongings safe and dry while you enjoy this interactive water ride!

7. Trade Minifigures

Trading Minifigures with Model Citizens (LEGOLAND employees) is a fun and popular activity for all ages! Be sure to bring any Minifigures from home in a plastic zipped bag. If you forget your Minifigures or don’t want to part with any from your current collection, you can always buy them when you arrive at the Park. Model citizens display their Minifigure on their nametag, so be sure to keep your eyes open throughout the park.

8. Enjoy A Sweet Treat

No trip to LEGOLAND Florida Resort would be complete without trying Granny’s Apple Fries. This LEGOLAND original will leave you all smiles as you indulge in this cinnamon and sugar treat. Choose to dip them with sweet whipped cream or caramel sauce!

9. Attend Special Events

Visiting LEGOLAND Florida Resort during the holidays? Be sure to check the website for special events that could align with your visit – Brick or Treat, Christmas Bricktacular, Nightly Fireworks and other events make a visit even more memorable and add a little extra to a trip since they are already included in your park admission.

When guests catch a glimpse of Mount Cavora, complete with cascading waterfalls and towering 55 feet above the majestic Lion Temple, they know the adventure is about to begin.

WorldofChimaQuestforCHIride

As families enter The World of Chima, they can embark on The Quest for CHI; an interactive family water ride, where the entire family can board their watercraft and fire water cannons along the way. Families will help Laval the Lion Prince rescue the precious CHI from Cragger the Crocodile King by firing their water cannons at targets throughout the ride, but watch out, some of Chima’s tribes shoot back! And, of course, fellow guests can fire their water cannons from the shore or other boats, so prepare to get wet! Even some of the smallest guests can join the fun, with no minimum height requirement. Guests under 48 inches just need a responsible rider over that height to accompany them and join the fun! (Learn more in this article from USA Today)
