What is the phone number for guest services at Legoland Florida Park? I will be coming with my 16 year old daughter with disabilities and would like to inquire about a special pass. Our family (5 total) will be celebrating her birthday 5/21/16 at the park.

      Paula,

Our customer care center at 1-877-350-5346 handles all phone inquiries. We offer a “Hero Pass” for guests with disabilities. Here’s the description from our website at http://www.legoland.com/florida/planning-your-visit/special-situations/:

LEGOLAND Florida Resort also offers a Hero Pass for those who may have difficulty waiting in line. This pass allows the guest assigned the pass immediate boarding through the exit along with one helper; however the rest of the group is required to receive a reservation. Once a reservation time is set for an attraction, both the guest assigned the pass and the rest of the group may return together at the reserved time. This pass is valid for up to 6 people and can be picked up at Guest Services. The Assisted Access Pass is assigned at the discretion of LEGOLAND Florida Resort staff and may be revoked at any time if terms are violated.

If you have questions about your family’s circumstances, we encourage you to use this form for specific questions about our resort’s accessibility for guests with disabilities: http://www.legoland.com/florida/planning-your-visit/special-situations/form/. Additionally, you should review our recently revised guide for guests with disabilities here: http://www.legoland.com/link/004af188e91646caaabf1f360877f46a.aspx
